What is the standard warranty on an Express Power Pak?
One year.
What is the life expectancy of the Express Power Pak?
Usage life is approximately 3 to 4 years. The shelf life is approximately 2 years.
What is an Express Power Pak?
A self-contained, rechargeable, battery back-up for the phone system.
What is a 3 in 1?
It is a patented Express Quick Cable for installing Toshiba phone systems. It allows you to plug into three cards from one 25 pair cable.
What if I have a CO card?
Just plug a CO Adapter into the appropriate amphenol on our 3 in 1 cable.
What freight carrier to you use for shipping? UPS

What do I do when the batteries run out on the Express Power Pak?
Send the unit back for refurbishing. For much less than the cost of a new unit we will replace the batteries, fuse, check all of the connectors and provide free return shipping and a new one year warranty.

The unit pulls a charge from the phone system once power is restored to the office.

Plug the unit into the power supply on the phone system, then mount to the wall or rack.
Does the Express Power Pak have to be charged?
No, the unit arrives charged and ready to attach to the system.
Do you carry modular cables?
Yes, we manufacture modular cables for Avaya, Comdial, NEC, Panasonic and Samsung.
Can the Express Power Pak be installed after the power is out?
No, per the manufacturer's directions, the Express Power Pak must be installed with the system on.
